- Siapkan 1/2 sdt dari Kaldu bubuk.
- Sediakan 1/2 sdt dari Lada bubuk.
- Sediakan 1/2 sdt dari b.putih bubuk.
- Diperlukan dari Bumbu Topping:.

- Daging sapi yg sudah di potong2 atau di fillet,lalu beri parutan buah nanas(agar daging sapi empuk, beda dgn ayam ya) dan bubuk bawang putih.sambil di tusuk2 garpu,diamkan dkulkas selama 30 mntan.
- Dlm wadah lain, tepung tapioka campur dgn garam, lada, kaldu bubuk, b.putih bubuk.campur rata..
- Putih telur di mangkuk terpisah..
- Panaskan minyak agak bnyk, ambil daging dkulkas, lalu masukan dlm mangkuk putih telur, lalu masukan dlm adonan tepung.
- Di remas2/dcubit sampai terbalur rata sm tepung, lalu goreng dgn minyak panas,lalu kecilkan api agar daging matang rata smpai ddlm selama 5 mnt.
- Dibalik tiap sisi agar rata,lalu besarkan api masak sampai agak kecoklatan..
- Angkat tiriskan, potong2 daging jika masih posisi fillet,jika sudah dipotong2 beri taburan topping bubuk sesuai selera dan beri mayonaise.
- Siap sajikan..
